How are alerts sent and tracked?
EU ANI Violations are tracked in the Equinox Portal (http://equinox.voip.evolveip.net/) and the credentials are unique to the portal so If you cannot log in you will need to engage Voice Engineering. The email alerts are sent from protector@evolveip.net.
The way you can tell if the ANI Violation is EU or not is by identifying if the Switch/OrigTrunk says Netherlands ACME or if the email was also sent to fraude@evolveip.eu.
