How are alerts sent and tracked?

EU ANI Violations are tracked in the Equinox Portal (http://equinox.voip.evolveip.net/) and the credentials are unique to the portal so If you cannot log in you will need to engage Voice Engineering. The email alerts are sent from protector@evolveip.net

The way you can tell if the ANI Violation is EU or not is by identifying if the Switch/OrigTrunk says Netherlands ACME or if the email was also sent to fraude@evolveip.eu.

Example Email Alert

During the weekdays during our business hours of 8am-5pm their team is normally responsive. However, during after hour windows if you get an EU alert please reach out to the EU Support:

  • Email fraud distro at fraude@evolveip.euAND Call EU Support on +31-10-309 55 55

  • If you cannot reach EU support escalate to EU Engineering on +31-10-309 66 66

Lastly the case needs to be closed out in Equinox. Shannon in Voice Engineering made a training video on handling and closing the cases out legit or fraudulent. Please stop the video at the 09:28 mark as anything after that point does not apply to you and you don’t have the permissions to do.
