Navigate to the user's seat in OSSmosis 5



Click the 3 dots on the right hand side and select 'User Features'



Check the box next to Broadworks Client and make sure the radio button labeled 'Supervisor' is selected



Click the orange circle in the bottom right corner and click 'save'



Configuring License

After assigning the license to the user's seat it needs to be assigned queues and agents for monitoring and reporting purposes via the Web Supervisor Portal.

Make sure to confirm what settings the supervisor license needs or verify with the customer that they have access to the OSSmosis 5 Administrator Portal (Link: Making an OSSmosis Admin Account)



Goto the 'Call Centers' Section of OSSmosis 5

Then click 'Manage' under Queue Management



Click 'Manage' under Call Center Queues



Search at the top for the queue name to which you want to assign the supervisor



Click the 3 dots on the right hand side and select the option 'Supervisor Staffing'



Click the orange circle in the bottom right corner

Then select 'Add Supervisors



Search for the name or Broadsoft ID of the supervisor to assign

Check the box next to their name

Click 'Save'



Once the new supervisor appears in the list, click the user to highlight

Click the orange circle in the bottom right corner

Select 'Assign Agents'
