The processes outlined below is for Service Delivery to implement UC-One Connect.

I. Overview

The UC-ONE Connect solution moves our UC delivery to the Broadsoft cloud and introduces several new features.

  • Hub - Provides a sort of contextual integration with other apps, such as Outlook, Google Mail, Salesforce. This feature adds context to the communication by searching and displaying recent content from the same contact in the communication. When Hub is enabled, a chat or call from User A will also prompt recent emails or SFDC entries from that contact. HUB has been deprecated as of 4/1/2020
  • Audio/Video conferencing to provide up to 30 participants with usage included.
  • New Mobile clients:  Connect & Meet applications that will be installed on user's mobile devices or tablets
