All calls in Recap, even those that aren't processed yet, can be played back in the Conversation View.


Let's focus on the playback bar:

You can:

  • Play / Pause the audio
  • Rewind 15 seconds
  • Fast forward 15 seconds
  • Change the playback speed
  • Shorten silences during playback (only available if the call has been processed)
  • Choose any point during the call to start the playback, by clicking the timeline bar
  • Identify where Moments occurred during the call, on the timeline bar (only available if the call has been processed)

Next, let's look at the sidebar:

If you have not processed a call, you'll see basic details - like who was on the call, their phone number, and the time/date of the call.

Additionally, you can add a Label to the conversation, as well as manage conversation view settings using the setting cogs icon.
