Problem
When adding a new mailbox in the HEX portal you get the error message that there is no more available mailbox space.
Solution
Purchase more mailbox space for the client!
- Once you login to the HEX portal, select "My Users"
Find the customer you are adding the mailbox for and select auto login
This is what the customer would see if they logged into the portal. Next you have to select purchase a plan.
Keep the default settings, and click purchase a plan on the right.
Enter the quantity of mailboxes you would like to add:
They are billed via report, so there is no need to send to billing.
