This issue can occur if a call recording license was assigned to a user seat, THEN the name was updated in OSSmosis 5. 



Goto the call recording portal directly

Click 'Admin' in the top left corner



Search for the login string = BroadsoftID* (star will locate anything with the BroadsoftID followed by anything)



Click 'View'



Click the 'Edit' button and then type in the correct First and Last name fields



After the first/last name is updated. Click 'Submit'
