Click "TELEPHONY SETUP"





Click 'CONFIGURE' on "Auto Attendant"





Click the orange circle with '+' on the bottom right hand corner





Configure this Auto Attendant through filling out all the fields. The next instruction explains some of the fields and what to put in them


Explanation of Fields

  • Name = Give an appropriate name to the Auto Attendant in regards to the customer
  • Auto Attendant ID = Generally, add the name of the Auto Attendant in this field
  • Type = Select Basic since that is what customers want most of the time
  • First Name/Last Name Calling ID = Assign a name of the customer's liking to indicate that call is coming via auto attendant as opposed to a direct call
  • Business Hour/ Holiday Schedule = Select a schedule from the drop down if a pre-made schedule is already there for customers. If a custom schedule needs to be made, click here to learn how to do that, and once that custom schedule is made, it can be found in the drop down. 
  • Phone Number/Extension = Use the drop down to select a phone number and try to give an extension with the same digits as the last digits of the phone number
  • Other = The other fields can be filled out as per customer's wishes and wants. 







Click the orange circle in the bottom right hand corner





Then, select 'Save'
