The instructions to create a schedule are on the right and the corresponding snapshots illustrating the instructions are on the right
Click "TELEPHONY SETUP"
Click 'Schedule' on "Schedules"
Click on the orange circle in the bottom right hand corner
Click on "Add Schedule"
Give a name to the schedule and assign the schedule a 'Level' and a 'Type'
Check off on whatever days the customer wants on his/her schedule
As you check off on each day for 'Business Hour ', input the starting time and ending time based on the customer's request
If you are configuring the "After Hour" or "Holiday", then add schedule entry and configure it based on the customer's preferences.
Then, click the orange circle on the bottom right hand corner
Then, click on the save button
