Actions make it easy to automate tasks based on characteristics of a conversation or a Moment that occurred in a conversation.

Visit the Actions Editor to create new Actions.


You can trigger a new action based on:

  • A particular caller was involved
  • A Moment in a processed call occurs

You can combine different triggers using and/or statements, but you cannot group triggers. 


The actions you can utilize are:

  • Add label to conversation
  • Email conversation to a given email address
  • Send to Zapier
  • Send to Microsoft PowerAutomate (coming soon!)
