Actions make it easy to automate tasks based on characteristics of a conversation or a Moment that occurred in a conversation.
Visit the Actions Editor to create new Actions.
You can trigger a new action based on:
- A particular caller was involved
- A Moment in a processed call occurs
You can combine different triggers using and/or statements, but you cannot group triggers.
The actions you can utilize are:
- Add label to conversation
- Email conversation to a given email address
- Send to Zapier
- Send to Microsoft PowerAutomate (coming soon!)
