Applications Upgrade – UC-One
As previously communicated, Evolve IP continues work on upgrading components of our Cisco UCaaS platforms to the latest software release.
UC-One – October 1st, 2021 **IMPORTANT: CHANGE **:
The mandatory UC-One Collab Desktop app (versions 22.2.X, 22.7.X or 22.9.10) upgrade has been CANCELLED. We are still offering the upgraded app to be installed via self service. You can find the relevant file here. Evolve has developed an improved solution to upgrade the UCaaS platform as it relates to UC-One which does not require the UC-One app to be upgraded, so we have cancelled the mandatory upgrade.
We will be posting this and other announcements regarding the upgrade to our Knowledge Base here as well as maintenance dates will be posted to https://status.evolveip.net, as usual.
