All supplied Yealink models have the following standard characteristics:

• HD Quality Sound: Achieved through a combination of software and hardware design leveraging echo cancellation and adaptive jitter buffer
• Multiple codec support
• Power Over Ethernet (PoE) capable
• Power saving modes

Available phone models include the T40G, T42S, T46S, T48S and the DECT wireless W60P series. The 6 line T41S is only available for purchase.

Pricing- Leasing Options

Yealink phones will be offered (as a lease) bundled with the seat price, however, to indicate that the customer is interested in Yealink, the following $0.00 ‘configuration only’ product codes will need to be selected with the orders:

Please note- all power cords and peripherals (USB and wall mounts) are only available for purchase.

Business Rules

• In order for Yealink phones to be applied to any seat types, they MUST include the zero dollar product codes OR upgrade product codes
• Seat types can range from Common Area to UC2+ and would be based on domestic, Canada, Hybrid or GEO
• Phones are available to be leased or purchase directly (see table above for purchase options)
• The models noted above are the ones that are Evolve supplied- other models are also supported and for additional information, please send an email to ProdDev@evolveip.net
• If customers have their own hardware, then the HPBX seat type would be discounted (Business as Usual) with the no hardware discount
• Evolved Office seat based business rules still apply

FAQs

• We currently have Polycom phones at our office, but would like to give some of our employees Yealink phones- will they still be able to extension dial each other?
  • Absolutely- the ability for all your users to extension dial is the result of their configuration on our Evolve Cloud platform. Currently, Yealink will work with all Polycom phones on our platform

• We currently have Yealink phones- would Evolve be able to support them?
  • Currently, Evolve IP supports the T40G, T41S, T42S, T46S, T48S and the W60 models. We need to verify the model of the phone and the current firmware to confirm- please email ProdDev@evolveip.net to check for updates

• For the wireless option, is the model the W60B or W60P? What about the W56H?
  • The W60B is the base station. The W60P is the combination of base station and handset. The W56H is the handset only

• We have international offices as well- is Evolve able to supply them with Yealink phones as well?
  • Yes- for all GEO footprint locations, Evolve will dispatch Yealink phones to international offices. For International Hybrid configurations, (as with Polycoms) all hardware would be sent to the US head quarters location

• Some of our employees like to use headsets- which headsets are supported by Yealink?
  • Yealink offers a corded headset option available online (YHS33), but also supports a wide range of business grade wireless headsets including Plantronics, Jabra and Sennheiser. For a complete listing, please refer to this list of tested compatible headsets
