On HE-HUB02 server setup SMTP Domain Routing (Simply Routing Management)

 

Right click on Global Routing Table and chose New Routing

 

 

In Routing Name enter unique Routing Name: customernameroute

In Sender Domain enter domain name of customer domain: customerdomain.com

In Recipient Domain you can enter wild card: *

In Next Hope enter unique customer smart host route name: to.customerSmarthostserver

 

 

 

  1. Open Exchange Console

Under Organization Configuration, Hub Transport and “Send Connector” tab right click and chose “New Send Connector…”

 

 

Enter customer domain

 

Press Add SMTP Address Space…

 

In Address Space enter same value what you setup in Simply Routing Management

 

 

 

Change to Route Mail through the following smart hosts and press Add.. Button

Under Fully qualified domain name (FQDN) enter information from MxLogic

 

 

Next

 

Press Add.. Highlight all HUB servers and press OK

Press Finish and New button.

 

 

 

In MXLogic under customer Email Protection , Setup Tab click on Outbound Servers you can find Fully qualified domain name for smart host

 

Add two HUB public IP address

 

  1. Under Policy TAB chose Outbound Policies setup Encryption rules
