Step 1: Sign into the Call Recording Portal for the customer and then click on Admin

Step 2: Click on "workstations" underneath Admin

Step 3: Make it easier on yourself by sorting the Host Names by alpha-numeric order. Do this by click on "HOSTNAME"

Step 4: Each customer will have a scheme to their Hostnames. Hostnames are also referred to as "Asset Tags". For example, Apria uses A+7 digits. Hostnames/Asset Tags will be provided by the customer. Make sure if the hostname/asset tag profile is already created. If so then click on "View" next to the hostname and click on Edit then click on "Select User" to select the user that this screen recording should be attached to then click on "Submit" to save changes. Do not forget to click on "Submit"

Step 5: If the hostname/Asset Tag does not exist then click on "Create New" and fill in the details. Do not forget to click on "Submit" to save your changes.

Typically, the Device field is left blank.

Step 6: Click on Users and search for the user

Step 7: Click on the checkbox next to the user and select "Add to Group" from the action drop down menu

Step 8: You can sort the list of groups alphabetically by click on "Group Name". After this, search by using the navigation circles and arrows and add the user to the screen recording group by clicking Submit on the bottom. DO NOT FORGET TO DO THIS!
