This tool is used to view Call Detail Report status or to view the history of a past Call Detail Report

 

  • Date: Select the date of the Call Detail Report
  • Report Status: Leave all unchecked to view ALL reports unless you are looking for a specific status
  • System: Leave this blank
  • Show System Averages: Leave this unchecked
  • Enterprise ID: Select the Enterprise ID (from OSSmosis) 
  • Report Configuration: Leave this blank unless you are looking for a specific report.
  • Show Report Averages: Leave this unchecked
  • Affinity: Leave this unchecked
  • Run ID: Leave this blank
  • Maximum Lines to Display: Leave this blank

Once all the settings are okay, click on the Display button to display a list of all reports for an Enterprise:

Clicking on the drop down menu presents you with a few options. The important and useful functions are:

  • Email Info: Shows information about the report including who the report was sent
  • Set Status: Allows you to change the current status of the report. 
  • Resend: Resend the report. You are able to resend a report a different email address

Hovering your cursor over each report also shows who the reports were sent to as well
