Issue
Client's email server has failed. You need to create a Mimecast Continuity Event so the client can log into MPP (Mimecast personal portal) and use the Web interface to send/receive email until their server issue is resolved.
Solution
- Login to the administration console.
- Click on Administration.
- Click on Services.
- Click on Continuity.
- Select 'Look Up' to apply to the Affected Group. Use AD Group (if there is no AD connector, you will need to manually create a new group with affected e-mail addresses)
- Be sure to select 'Save' once finished.
