Please follow this procedure if a Mimecast account for a given customer needs to be decommissioned.

  1. Send an email to  MSPcancellationsNA@mimecast.com with the following cancellation form fully filled out the DocuSign PDF that will be electronically provided by the current account manager ( carnold@mimecast.com). Be sure to copy both Connor Arnold carnold@mimecast.com and Timothy Wholey twholey@mimecast.com
  2. Use the following greeting in your email: “Hello, Customer XXX is ending their Mimecast service. Please notify me when their account is canceled.”
  3. Make sure to copy/paste this communication in your JSD ticket #
  4. After Mimecast rep confirms the cancellation, copy/paste his response into the ticket #
  5. Notify all involved parties of the cancellation
