Most issues will be encountered with the Template that is uploaded.
Things to make note of:
The template cannot contain any commas
Any Answer listed as NA must be specified as TRUE as seen in the below template
Existing/uploaded scorecards cannot be replaced. Only new Scorecards can be uploaded.
Existing Scorecards cannot be downloaded from portal or via any Department/Tier.
A copy of the template must be provided by the client in all troubleshooting.
***It is recommended to save a copy of the Scorecard template with the client specific folder on the G Drive for future reference.***
