These instructions can be sent to an end user that needs to check for and released held messages.

  1. Login to the Mimecast Personal Portal
    1. If you do not know your credentials, your administrator can reset them for you.
    2. https://webmail-us.mimecast.com/m/portal/login/#/login
  2. When you login you will see a copy on your mailbox. On the left hand side, select the 3 dots.
  3. Select Personal On Hold.
  4. Select the messages that you want to allow, then select the action you want to complete.
