Dragon NaturallySpeaking is a popular speech-to-text software package used to dictate documents and medical records.  Configuration and workflow may have to be adjusted slightly to use the software in the dvmCLOUD hosted environment.

NaturallySpeaking 7 and higher (or Medical Edition 1 and higher) does not get installed into the remote system directly.  It sits on a local workstation and transfers dictated text to dvmCLOUD via the Dictation Box feature.  Using the Dictation Box may be different for most users than accessing text fields directly.
