Client submits ticket stating that they cannot send email to any outgoing address (outside their domain) after changing over to AT&T U-VERSE Internet service.
By default, AT&T blocks port 25 in their modems. You will need to contact AT&T to get the port unblocked by a Tier 2 tech.
Once the tech confirms that port 25 is no longer blocked (they will actually ADD a statement in the router to turn on the port)
Contact the client and have them send test email back and forth to you.
