Solution
Provide steps that the user can take to solve the problem. For example "The level 7 printer will flash red when it is out of paper. Add paper to tray 1".
- Navigate to the appropriate location to add an Exchange email account on the device
- Enter the following information:
Email: username@company.com
Server: owa.evolvedmail.net
Domain: (leave blank) (if prompted, use "evolvedmail", without quotes)
Username: EVOLVEDMAIL\username (this might be actually different then "username@company.com." You can verify this on the HEX platform) (on Android, this will be username@company.com)
Password: (password) - If there are any problems adding the account, open owa.evolvedmail.net in a web browser and login to the account to verify the credentials
