Adding a user to the mail purge policy:

  1. Login to HE-UTIL01
  2. Open Exchange Management Console
  3. Browse to Organization Configuration > Mailbox > Retention Policies
  4. Select Landman Delete Items 180 Days
  5. Click Mailboxes tab and add the requested users
  6. Select apply and close
