Login to the Hosted Exchange portal.

Username: evolveip

Password: 

Click Manage Exchange at the top.

Left click on the company, and select Mailboxes

Left click on the users name

Highlight Edit Mailbox

Click on Change Password

Fill in the Password field with the new password.

Confirm the password in the next field.

Note: The password must be a minimum of 8 characters long and must contain at least one upper case letters, one lower case letter, one numer, and a special character.

Click on change password.
