Setting up HEX Users with AD Password Sync Option

Solution

 

When setting up users in AD for customers that have hosted exchange (HEX) and are using the AD password sync tool.

This E-mail attribute must match their primary SMTP.  That’s how it maps users and syncs passwords.  Some of them are blank as below: (EMAIL Field)

 


 

 

This primary SMTP needs to be added to the E-mail attribute:
