In Open Outlook Click on File and Account settings

In Next screen Click on Change

Click on More Settings… button

Under Connection tab click Exchange Proxy Settings… button

Both check box should be checked

Press OK , OK, Next and Finish.

You have to close your outlook and open again to new settings will apply.
