The following steps will allow you to program an Aastra 55i for use with an Evolve IP managed network. Steps will include pointing the phone to the provisioning server and setting the VLAN ID.

Step 1: Press the 'Options' button to access the phone settings menu

Step 2: Press the '5' button to select the 'Administrator Menu

Step 3: Enter the password '347479989' if phone is already configured - the Aastra default admin password is '22222'

Then press Enter

Step 4: Press the '4' button to select Factory Defaults

Step 5: Press the softkey labeled 'Default'

Step 6: Press the softkey labeled 'Restart' when prompted
