Polycom's are the most common handset that are deployed at this time. All Polycom models that have a MAC starting with 0004F2 will obtain their configuration file from the TFTP01 server.

Any Polycom model that ends with a 1 (e.x. VVX 401, 511, 601) and have a MAC starting with 64167F will obtain their configuration file from the Broadsoft DMS server.

OSSmosis 5 Admin Portal will automatically create the configuration file when the correct  Phone Model is selected in OSSmosis 5 and the device's MAC address populated in the user's profile.
