Methods of Procedure for Setup (MOP)

XTIUM is assigned an Activation Code for ALL users at XTIUM, our Partners, and Customers. The code is dependent on Platform. Use the appropriate code based on the Platform where the user is built:

Platform F: 

Account 1 - NP8Z11 (XTIUM Direct/Channel Partner customers ONLY)
Account 2 - N7HSC3 (Private Label customers ONLY - NOT ACTIVE AS OF 8/20/19)

DESKTOP

Follow these steps:

1. Close any other instance of UC-One that is running.
2. Know the user and credentials to which you are assigned.
3. Download and install the executable file just below these steps for your Windows or MAC desktop.
4. Enter the Access Code in the first screen
5. Enter your credentials in the 2nd screen.  NOTE: Username must contain the full domain which is usually a phone number@voip.evolveip.net
6. Choose to setup Outlook integration on login
7. Test the application

Open a browser on your mobile device. Navigate to evolveip.uc-one.com. On the Support page, navigate to Downloads. Choose the download matching your device (iOS / Android)
