1. Change Primary Device profile to NONE



2. Delete Business Communicator PC in Ossmosis 


Go to Resources on Group Level and delete Primary Profile and delete the PC shared called appearance in Broadsoft if it is not removed when you delete it in Ossmosis.
In Broadsoft, create new  Identity/device profile on the userseat.

Change to custom creds:
username: dev-6102300832.1946.uc.ucp 
password: 347479 (or whatever you prefer as it is necessary for authentication)
