PLEASE NOTE: Both the PDF and the PCAP are required when documenting call examples. 

Once your call example legs have been found in OCOM, click on the PDF button when viewing the call information.

Another box will pop up.  Ensure the appropriate boxes are checked like in the example below.

Ensure you enter a file name with a naming convention like the example above.  This will allow for ease when attaching the file to the ticket as well as reference to other data and for other associates to follow.  Click Create.

A PDF will download to your machine. Once downloaded, click the Cancel button.

You are now ready to down the PCAP from OCOM.  

Click on the drop down next to PCAP and select Save As

Enter a MATCHING naming convention to the previously downloaded pdf file.  See example below.

Once both files are pulled, you may drag and drop them to the JSD Internal comment/log.  You may also include in the same log a synopsis of your review of the call example.
