X Finding a User in OSSmosis 5
Select the 'Edit' Option

Click on the square menu in the bottom right corner of the page

Select Change Passwords

In the Reset Passwords menu that comes up you can reset Application Passwords, Voice Portal Passwords, and SIP Auth passwords.
If you are resetting an Application Password, use something Secure with at least one Upper case letter, one lower case, one number, and one symbol with a minimum length of 8 characters.
You could also use the generate random application password.
Sip authentication passwords should be auto generated, as should voicemail portal passwords. To do so, check the Generate Random ___ Password box.
When you are finished click 'Update'

After updating the password, you are brought back to this user page.
Click on the Square menu again, and select Apply Edit

If you have Auto Generated a random password, click on the Provisioning button in the menu on the left

Select the Provisioning Status submenu

Look for a Password Update for user row, and click on the vertical ellipses menu in the row, and select View Task Details

In the View Task Details menu that comes up, select Download

Open the Excel Sheet that you downloaded to view the different columns for the passwords that you changed.
