Goto Telephony Setup and then click 'manage' under Open Seating
Click on the orange circle in the bottom right corner and then click 'Add New Open Seating Host'
Populate all required fields
Open Seating Host ID = Extension only ID
Name = Seat Name
Calling Line ID First Name
Calling Line ID Last Name
Phone Number = None
Extension: Any Extension
Device Settings
If the customer is providing a MAC address for a DMS Phone (+1 Polycom or Yealink) use the following link to look up the MAC (lower case) and confirm there is not already a config for the phone or confirm the MAC is not already populated elsewhere in OSSmosis 5
Note: Replace MACGOESHERE with the devices MAC address in lowercase.

If the MAC is already configured, lookup the UserID in Ossmosis System Search and REMOVE the MAC from that field
Then choose the correct 'Device Type' and paste the MAC Address in the new Open Seat Host
If the MAC is not already configured, the phone has not previously been used with Evolve and the Device Type and MAC Address can be populated in the new Open Seat Host fields.
