Overview
Microsoft is retiring the Microsoft 365 Business Voice line of subscription products. This article covers the ins and outs of the retirement.
Things to Know
- Starting March 1, 2022, the Microsoft 365 Business Voice subscription products will stop being available for purchase.
- Customers with existing Microsoft 365 Business Voice subscription products will be able to use them until their renewal date.
- Customers with existing Microsoft 365 Business Voice subscription products must switch to alternate products (outlined below) before the renewal date.
- An XTIUM representative will reach out to you before the renewal date. If you want to know the renewal date now, reach out to your XTIUM representative, or submit a ticket in the Help Center.
- When switching to the alternate products, user accounts will need to be reassigned to the new alternate products in the M365 admin center.
