This isn't necessarily a problem but it can be a good way to free up space on a client's server. Collectively, Intronis signature files can take up many gigabtyes of space.
This process assumes that Intronis is running on a client's server (not workstations), and that they have a separate drive with an appropriate amount of drive space available than their C drive. |

You may want to use a panel to highlight important steps.
***NOTE: this should not be placed on a shared folder.
