Customers will often ask how many license they have or why they cannot have additional agents log in, instead of going through account manager, you can provide that info right away.

Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

  1. Access customer Setup
  2. Provided the customer with the info
  3. In case customer does not understand, kindly explain that:
    Customer can have as many agent accounts as they wish, however they are limited by the concurrent licenses.
    This means that (using above screenshot) customer can have only 4 supervisors logged in at the same time, this applies to the other licenses.
