The Supervisor client is a web-based application for those leaders with direct responsibility for the agents and queues.  Here are the resources you need to share with them to get started.

Supervisor Client

• https://webapp-xsp.voip.evolveip.net/callcenter (B&C platform)
• https://voip.evolveip.net/callcenter (A platform)
• Supervisors will sign in via the Application username & Application password from your install sheet
• The above URL should be saved as a favorite, bookmark or shortcut on the desktop
• Supervisor is best run in Chrome or Firefox
• Anyone who will use both Unity Agent and Supervisor should read this
