Adding DID will only work during outbound calls, for the DID to function as an inbound number the DID must be added to sansay. 

Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

  1. Access customer Org
  2. Navigate to Caller ID's tab
  3. Click the add icon
  4. Enter new DID
  5. Make sure to deploy
