Among minor enhancements and bug fixes, we have introduced Transcription for Voicemail activity. When a customer leaves a voicemail, a transcription will accompany the email that ECS sends. NOTICE: We moved to a new version naming convention - 5.4.x to 2024.8.0.28 Starting in this release, ECS versions have changed to a new format: YYYY.MM.<Release Number>.<Build Number> This release is 2024.8.0.28 Due to the new version format, the clients downloaded from the App Portal may not launch properly. If this occurs, please delete the 2.0 folder (C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0) |
