You can configure all of Recap's group-wide settings from within OSSmosis. 

Recap Profiles

On legacy call recording plans, every user within an enterprise was on the same plan type. This is no longer the case with Recap. Companies can mix-and-match different Recap Profiles — for example, they could have 10 users on Recap for Contact Center, 15 users on Recap 300, and the rest of their users on the standard Recap plan. 

Profile descriptions:

  • Recap: the default UC profile that most users will be assigned to, if they have Recap enabled. Includes 60 AI minutes. Defaults to 365 days of retention, but can be set to any number > 1.
  • Recap 300: an upgraded plan that includes 300 AI minutes. Defaults to 365 days of retention, but can be set to any number > 1.
  • Recap 600: our top tier plan for UC users. Includes 600 AI minutes. Defaults to 365 days of retention, but can be set to any number > 1.
  • Recap Basic: a plan only available to existing customers. Customers that signed up with XTIUM after Oct 2020 are not eligible for this plan. Includes 0 AI minutes. Defaults to 365 days of retention, but can be set to any number > 1.
  • Recap for Contact Center: Offers 60 AI minutes per month, pooled across all agents. Defaults to 60 days of retention, but can be set to any number > 1.
