1. Logon to OWA with the mailbox you are manually configuring in Outlook and select ‘About’ in the question mark down-down menu in the top, left-hand corner:
  2. Document the CAS server name:
  3. Create a new Outlook profile and select the option for ‘Manual setup or additional server types’:
  4. Enter the CAS server name gathered in step 2 in the ‘Server:’ text box and the user’s email address in the ‘User Name:’ text box.  Once finished, select ‘More Settings’ in the bottom, right-hand corner of the Server Settings window:
  5. Select the Connection tab and check the box for ‘Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP’.  Click the ‘Exchange Proxy Settings…’ box:
  6. Fill in the proxy settings as shown below:
  7. Click ‘OK’ twice then select ‘Check Name’ back in the in the Server Settings window.
  8. Fin!
