At times customers may experience spam emails or just a high volume of incoming emails which will cause agents to experience GUI freezing and or endless email interactions.
Step-by-step guide
- If you have access to customer's emails, mark all the emails as All Read. If no access, then ask the customer to mark their emails as All Read
- Once emails have been marked All Read then go ahead and restart their organization.
By marking the emails All Read and restarting the service we will aid in the system by not pulling emails as they are already marked read and will clear up any stuck interactions.
