This release contains the following feature enhancements:
- SMS as a Media Type
- Support for both ECS SMTP and basic email setup as a Media Type
- Only BPs setup for email will be present when initiating an outgoing Email interaction and setting up a Default Outgoing Email Business Process
- Access to customized email signatures set at a per BP and email (SMTP only) level - only available if setup via the new ECS Admin portal
- Support for Automatic Popup Links
- Search for contacts that were created outside of a Supervisor imported Contact list
- Create new contact within the Active Interaction Window if contact does not exist within the Contact center
- Agents Call Recording profile options now displays correctly within the Active Interaction window on Telephony Interactions
