The Call Center Dashboard is a web application that delivers a real-time dashboard view of critical queue statistics and thresholds.  The Dashboard allows visibility from a variety of devices from PC-based wallboards to individual PCs, Laptops, Tablets and Smartphones. With a configurable interface, the Dashboard provides Call Center Managers with multiple display options such as Queue and Wallboard views.
